These terms govern your use of trailsip.club and any order you place through it. By using this store you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the store.

Trailsip trades online only. Email is the contact route for all enquiries, including legal notices.

Buying from us

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping to US addresses. They do not include any import duty or tax that US customs may apply — see the Shipping Policy.

Your order is an offer, not a completed sale. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud.

Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel and refund.

Availability. We sell one product. If it is out of stock, that will be shown on the product page.

Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates in good faith and not guarantees. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

The Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms and sets out what happens if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Nothing is shipped back to us, and we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Using the product safely

Trailsip is a water container for domestic dogs and cats. Use it for that.

Supervise your animal while it drinks. Do not leave the bottle with an unattended animal — the silicone shell and the strap are not chew toys, and a determined animal can damage them.

Check it before each use. Discard the product if the silicone is torn, split, or chewed through, or if the stainless steel body is dented in a way that stops the shell sealing.

Fill it with drinking water. It is not designed for hot liquids, carbonated drinks, milk, or cleaning solutions.

It is not a medical device, and nothing on this store is veterinary advice. If your animal has a health condition affecting how it drinks, ask your vet.

Your account

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logos and design on this store belong to us or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it automatically without permission, or to submit anything false, abusive, or infringing.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph, comment, or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the store, and you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline to publish, edit for length, or remove submissions. We do not publish reviews we did not receive from a genuine customer, and we do not remove genuine negative reviews for being negative.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss arising from misuse of the product contrary to the safety guidance above. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, customs action, extreme weather, or supplier failure. Where such an event causes a delay beyond the windows in our Shipping Policy, your remedy is the resend or refund set out there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
