A stainless steel bottle and a drinking bowl in one object, for walks, hikes and car trips.
- Leak-proof in a bag
- Bowl unfolds from the body
- Fills and pours one-handed
- Food-grade stainless steel
A walk that runs long usually ends with a cupped hand or a puddle. Trailsip replaces both with a single object: a 285 ml stainless steel bottle held inside a silicone shell that folds out into a bowl. Unfold the shell, pull the stopper, pour. What your dog or cat doesn't finish tips back into the bottle. Closed, it is a rounded body a little under 9 cm across, with a wrist strap and a clip — built for walks, hiking, car trips and travel.
Why it works
It stays shut in your bag
The bottle closes with a stopper, and the silicone shell folds down over the opening to hold everything in place. It is leak-proof, so it can travel in a bag alongside your phone and keys rather than being carried separately the whole way.
One hand does the whole thing
The shell folds up into a bowl and the stopper comes out with a thumb, so your other hand stays on the lead. There are no separate pieces to hold, set down on the ground, or lose.
Stainless steel where the water sits
The bottle body is food-grade stainless steel — the material class used for kitchen and food-service equipment. It is what the water rests against from the moment you fill it to the moment it reaches the bowl.

Questions
How much water does it hold?
285 ml, which is 9.6 fluid ounces. That is enough for several drinks for a small or medium dog on an hour's walk, and comfortably more than a cat will take in one sitting. For a large dog on a long hike, plan on refilling.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the bottle with warm water and a little dish soap. The silicone shell folds back completely, so you can reach the whole bowl surface with a cloth or sponge — there is no narrow channel to get into. Leave the stopper out while it dries so the inside airs properly. Hand washing is the method we recommend.
Will it fit in a backpack pocket?
Usually, but check the shape of yours. Trailsip is round rather than tall — 8.7 cm across and 9 cm high — so it drops into an open side pocket or a stretch mesh pocket easily, but it is wider than a standard slim water bottle and will not slide into a narrow sleeve made for one. If your pack has no pocket that suits, the wrist strap has a clip that fastens to a shoulder strap, a belt loop, or a harness ring.
Can cats use it as well as dogs?
Yes. The bowl is shallow and open rather than a spout you have to lick at, which is what makes it work for cats as well as for dogs. It suits both.
What colours does it come in?
Two: Blue and Pink. The colour is the silicone shell and strap; the bottle body is stainless steel in both.
How long will delivery take?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process, then 10–20 business days to arrive. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. We ship to US addresses only. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.
